Early Walk in the Woods

The wife and I took a walk along a part of the trail around a local lake here in North Carolina. Nice day, very pleasant walk. Nothing special, just a point and shoot Olympus but these shots give an impression of this trail. I rather like the third one, myself.

Nice shots. I too like to take "tunnel" and "texture" shots like #4. Please revisit the spot next autumn when the leaves are at their pretttiest and take some more photos for us.

Love that last one. I miss seeing the ground. An early walk in the woods around here still requires snow shoes! Nice work!

Walked this trail again this weekend. Forgot all about taking the camera with us! Opps. Had my lousy cell phone so I took this lousy picture with it! We'll get back on this trail again and perhaps I'll remember the camera!
