Titanium is da kine bruda. I just had a set of Marchesinis installed. The vendor included a polished aluminum nut for the rear wheel. Much improved but not titanium. I've been switching out titanium nuts and bolts a little at a time, when I can afford it. Makes a world of difference vs stock. Adds the final finishing detail.

They really are a nice piece of kit. Strong, light...and they don't tarnish at all.

I have a set of Dymag carbon wheels on my 996 and I have more people ask me about the wheel nuts than the wheels;-)
